These works were undertaken for Portsmouth High School for Girls as part of the continued refurbishment and upgrade of the existing school. The area was to be refurbished to encourage the use of an outdoor learning space. The commercial building works had to be fully completed within the summer break and ready for the pupils and staff to be able to use upon their return for the autumn term. We were able to hand the job back to the client with no defects and before the due contract date.
The works comprised of the following:
- Making good of defective walls
- Installation of a K-rend system to boundary walls and panels of the Science School
- Removal of existing grassed area
- New artificial grass laid
