These works were undertaken for a domestic and repeat client in Worthing West Sussex. The property was purchased and we were asked to complete all of the building works involved. We liaised closely with the client and architect and produced a scheme which maximised all of the potential space of the bungalow which in turn would maximise investment yields.
The works compromised of the following:
- Strip out of all existing fixtures and fittings.
- Demolition of walls.
- Single storey extension build.
- Loft conversion including 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
- Full electrical re-wire.
- Renewal of heating and water system.
- Re-plaster all walls and ceilings.
- Repositioning of bathroom wastes and water feeds.
- Installation of walk in shower and screen and sanitary ware.
- Tiling to walls and floors including underfloor heating.
- Installation of new kitchen and worktops.
- Installation of all internal doors and ironmongery.
- Installation of all new skirting’s and architraves.
- Fully decorate entire property.
- Landscape existing back garden.
