These domestic works were carried out for a client in Alton, Hampshire. The remit of these works was to create two bedrooms and one en-suite and a dressing room, by re-configuring the existing first floor layout. All of the existing doors and staircase were to be removed and replaced with bespoke oak doors and a staircase and then decorated throughout.
The works compromised of the following:
- Removal of existing layout of first floor
- Removal of existing floor to first floor and appropriate re-levelling
- Stud work partitions
- Mechanical and electrical installation
- Dry lining and plastering
- Coving
- Installation of en-suite
- Tiling works
- New drainage supply to en-suite area
- Installation of bespoke oak doors
